
Gangotri Yamunotri with Gaumukh
Helicopter services will be provided only in Kedarnath section which is in routine to get the scheduled flight from Phata to Kedarnath or Agastmuni to Kedarnath and back. It can be completed in same day or one night stay at Kedarnath can be arranged on request. Pawan Hans and another private Charter companies are in to existence to provide the helicopter services in Kedarnath and subject to change. Yamunotri - Gangotri and Badrinath section will be by drive only. Please contact us if you need to charter a helicopter for all Chardham destinations .

Day 1: Drive Delhi - Haridwar (200 kms/6hrs)
Arrival Delhi Railway Station, Meet & Assist further drive to Haridwar. Approx 6 hours drive will take you to the city of Temples / Kumbh Nagri. Check in at your hotel and get fresh. Later Visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti in evening. Back to your hotel, Night halt.
Day 02: Drive Haridwar - Barkot (220kms/7hr)
After Breakfast Drive to Barkot via Dehradun & Mussoorie. Enroute visit Kempty Fall and others, continue drive to your Hotel in Barkot. Check in at your hotel and evening relax and explore the local market and a gentle walk to near by village will be interesting. Overnight stay at your hotel / Camp in Barkot.
Day 03: Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot {36kms drive & 7kms Trek (one side)}
After breakfast Drive to Hanuman Chatti, from here you have to take local jeeps for Janki chatti (It helps to reduce the trek upto 8 kms), start trek from janki Chatti to Yamunotri
(6kms) and this may take approx 2 -3 hours maximum walking. Trail is good and maintained by Govt authorities and Keep yourself in mountain side for the safer side. Horse or by Doli are available at Janki Chatti which can be arranged at the spot and fix charges by the local associations. Arrive at Yamunotri and have a Holi dip at hot sulfer water spring which will rejuvenate your tiredness after 6 Kms trek. Darshan and Puja at Yamunotri temple and Later trek back to Janki Chatti and further drive to Barkot. Overnight stay at Hotel/ Camp.
Day 04: Drive Barkot - Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr)
After breakfast in the morning Drive to Uttarkashi. Approx 4 hours drive will take you to this district headquarter of Uttarkashi District and major town in this region. Check in Hotel, Later visit Vishwanath Temple and local market. This is believed that Ved Vyas had a Shastrartha with an unknown soul for many days and finally Lord Shiva gave his presence to Ved Vyasa at this place. This shrine is Being placed in North considered UTTAR ( North) KASHI ( vranasi - Home of Lord Shiva) One of most sacred shrine for Shiva devotees. Night Halt at Hotel.
Day 05: Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100kms/3hr)
have a early morning breakfast and proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts), approx 3 hours drive will take you to this last road head and one of the Shrine amoung four major shrines - GANGOTRI. enroute we enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. Should you need to have a holi dip at Hot Sulfer Water at Gangnani will be better and refreshing.
Day 06: Trek from Gangotri to Bhojbasa ( 14 Kms/ 5 - 6 hours )
After breakfast start trek to Bhojbasa, you may need to pay the Forest Eco fee imposed by the Govt. of Uttarakhand to restrict the tourist flow towards Gangotri Glacier.
Start with an easy day walk and follow a well defined trail to the famous pilgrim route to the sources of the Ganges. Walk through the forest out into un forested hillside and into pine forests to Chirbasa. Leaving the trees behind, trek towards Gomukh. Just before Gomukh, is a group of birch trees near Bhojbasa. Only one possibility so far to stay at called Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam Camp which is basic as main bungalow has washed away in the flood couple of years before. Check in at your Camp or pitch your own camp here. Evening spend the time by exploring the surroundings. It will be windy enough by the later afternoon therefore this is advised to cover up yourself to avoid any high altitude sickness. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.
Day 07: Trek to Gaumukh and return Bhojbasa ( 5 Kms one way / 2 - 3 hours)
After breakfast proceed a gentle walk towards the source of Bhagirathi. You will encounter with the big boulders all around. Find the trail and route marking on the way. Shivling peaks and Bhagirathi group of peaks are visible from here and enjoy the train. Arrive at the Gangotri Glacier snout and see the origin of River Bhagirathi. It is believed that This glacier used to happen at Gangotri where themain temple is situated but due to climate changes it has gone back to 19 Kms behind and day by day shrinking rapidly.

We request you to feel the importance of our responsibilities which may take place to save the earth and spread the message all around) Have puja and rituals at Gaumukh and back to Bhojbasa for another overnight stay.
Day 08 Trek Bhojbasa to Gangotri & Drive to Uttarkashi ( 14 kms trek + 100 Kms Drive)
After breakfast decend down to Chirbasa and further down to Gangotri. Your vehicles awaits for you to pick you up and drive back to Uttarkashi via Harsil - Gangnani - Bhatwari. Check in at your hotel and overnight stay. ( this is an act to drive you back to Uttarkashi so that you may have more time in hand to drive Guptakashi which is a long drive for next day)
Day 09: Uttarkashi - Rishikesh (170 kms/ 7 hr)
After breakfast drive back to Rishikesh. Check in at the hotel.
Rishikesh is located some 24 km north of Haridwar on the right bank of the Ganga, surrounded on three sides by the Himalayan ranges. Legend has it that God revealed himself to Raibhaya Rishi as Hrishikesh, after long penance and this sacred spot was henceforth known as such. A renowned centre of Yoga discipline and learning, Rishikesh is dotted with shrines and ashrams. Some 5 km away is the famous temple of Laxman Jhoola, dedicated to Laxman, the brother of Lord Ram, where he is believed to have performed penance. Rishikesh is also the starting point of several treks and pilgrimages to the holy shrines of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath.
Aarte ceremony at Trivenbi Ghat or Parmartha Niketan would be interesting. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 Drive from Rishikesh to Delhi ( 225 Kms)
After breakfast drive back to Delhi. You will be dropped at the railway station / airport.
